Robin believes that with more of the right processes in place, people and businesses can become better at what they do. That’s just one of the reasons why he champions the bespoke software solutions that give companies complete control over their core systems. As one of the first people to sit the A level in Computer Science, it’s fair to say that Robin developed a keen interest in computing, early on. Now, with over 20 years’ experience in programming and developing innovative business applications, he draws on a vast wealth of knowledge to advise and implement Kaizen’s advanced software systems.

Ivan believes that Small Business Software can be intelligent. (He also thinks that sports are for people who don’t know how to use computers properly, yet.) As Kaizen’s technical guru, Ivan has worked across many different platforms and operating systems. More recently though, he’s focused on SQL databases, distributed systems, Windows clients and the web. Working as a developer since the year dot, Ivan has worked as a data controller for The Mediterranean Shipping Company in their software development department, and on a number of contracts including a freight forwarding company, and a golfer’s nomad club. With strong database design and development skills, he can design a system that encompasses all your needs. And as for squash, well – he’s game if you are.

Stuart is the newest member of our team. And so far, what he believes is still a bit of a mystery. However, we do know that Stuart has excellent Project management skills and is a PRinCE 2 Practitioner, with an impressive background that encompasses web development and relational databases. And we understand that as an avid walker, he’s climbed all the main peaks in the UK – and his next goal is the world peaks. Whatever we learn next, we know that Stuart is a valuable addition to our Projects Team.

Judy believes that the most important part of any business is the customer. So it will come as little surprise that much of her work is focused on delivering great customer service. Having worked as a consultant project manager for several large corporate organisations over the six years, she’s gained a wealth of knowledge and experience around Project management. And she knows that delivering on time, to budget and against all odds is key – and just one aspect of ensuring a positive customer experience. Aside from maintaining high standards in customer service and working hard to ensure that the expectations of clients are exceeded, Judy is hoping to complete the 3 peaks challenge in June 2010 with Rob. She may or may not be asking Stuart for some good walking tips.
